RAAS members have access to the database of property sales updated regularly by Queensland Department of Natural Resources. As well as this database, RAAS members have additional information not available to the general agency community. As the on site manager and letting agent for most units in the complex, they are usually aware of other sales that are yet to be registered with the Department and are also aware of the size and condition of units sold. Outside agents generally are not even aware how many bedrooms are in each sale unit as this information is not recorded. They are certainly a lot less likely to know whether a sale unit has had a kitchen upgrade or is sold furnished or unfurnished.
