A critical element in achieving a sale is to ensure the property presents as best it can to potential buyers. Cleaning and decorating is a critical consideration and one that can be easily looked after by your on site manager.

Your RAAS member/ On Site manager will be more than happy to discuss with you any requirement you have to update your property whether this be a repaint, advice on redecorating or updating a furniture package if this applies. They will be doing this in their capacity as On Site Manager/Letting agent and depending on the work involved, a fee may apply for this service.
